The Paths (combination packages) offered here are designed to support you through those in-between spaces. They provide structure without pressure, guidance without judgment, and a way to move forward with more clarity, presence, and trust in yourself.

Each path holds a different form of support, from transformational coaching to grounding yoga and breathwork, or a full integration of both. You’re invited to explore each one and choose what resonates.

The Paths at The Home of Shakti are not subscriptions or open-ended memberships. Each one is a private, intentional journey, structured as a package with a clear beginning, middle, and end.

Every journey begins with a 20-minute introductory call, where you'll have space to share what you're navigating and receive support choosing the right path.

Once your path is chosen, you'll move through a set number of sessions, scheduled weekly or bi-weekly (depending on your need for connection), with space in between to reflect, integrate, and reconnect with yourself.

The sessions are always one-on-one, held online, and paced according to your life. You are never rushed, and you're never alone.

This path is designed to support those at a crossroads, whether in life, career, or identity. Through transformational coaching, it offers space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what matters most. Together, we clarify your values, navigate your options, and move forward with greater confidence and intention.

  1. The Seeker Path

This path is for you if you:

  • Are facing a life or career decision and feel unsure about your next step

  • Are an expat navigating personal or professional change

  • Feel called to realign your external life with your inner values

  • Want space to think clearly and feel supported without judgment

What’s included:

  • 1x Discovery Session (80 minutes)

  • 5 follow-up coaching sessions (60 minutes each)

  • Personalized journaling prompts and visualizations

  • Light email support between sessions

2. The Yogi’s Path

Gentle yoga and breath practices to ground, release, and restore.

This path is designed to support those who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or in need of regulation and rest. Through personalized yoga and breathwork sessions, it offers a space to slow down, come back to your body, and create consistency in how you care for yourself.
This is not about performance, it’s about presence. Each session meets you where you are: physically, emotionally, energetically.

This path is for you if you:

  • Feel emotionally or physically drained and long for grounding

  • Want to regulate your nervous system and reconnect with your body

  • Are seeking a weekly or bi-weekly space to slow down and breathe

  • Crave support that is non-verbal, gentle, and deeply restorative

What’s included:

  • 6 Weekly or bi-weekly private sessions (60 mins each)

  • Personalized yoga (restorative, intuitive, or breath-based)

  • Guided breathwork and optional meditation

  • Gentle rituals or movement suggestions to carry into your week

A holistic journey of coaching, embodiment, and soulful integration.

The Shakti Path is designed for those in deep transition: emotionally, spiritually, or energetically. It combines weekly sessions of inner work (coaching) and embodied practice (yoga) to support realignment, integration, and awakening your inner power (Shakti).
Through a combination of transformational coaching, yoga, breathwork, and meditation, this path invites you to reconnect with your body, your truth, and your next chapter, from the inside out.

3. The Shakti Path

This path is for you if you:

  • Are navigating a major life or career transition and want consistent support

  • Feel the need to reconnect with yourself on both a mental and physical level

  • Want to realign your actions and direction with your inner values

  • Are ready to commit to meaningful change with both structure and soul

What’s included:

  • 1x Discovery Session (80 minutes)

  • Weekly sessions (4, 6, or 8 weeks) that include:

    • 1x Inner Work session (coaching + visualization)

    • 1x Embodiment session (yoga + breathwork)

  • Personalized rituals, journaling prompts, and meditation

  • Email support for integration and questions
